Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. During busy sale periods (Festive Season), please allow us more time to fulfil and dispatch your orders.  


Australian Orders 

All our orders will be sent in a box via Australia Post with tracking.



We offer Standard shipping with Australia post for $10. Please allow 1-7 business days for delivery depending on your location or via Express for $14. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery depending on your location. 



Please do allow more time for postage during busy periods (Festive season, Covid delays etc) and we cannot do refunds for items that arrive later than required. 


 

Hanzy & Bhessy Pickup Point:

Hanzy & Bhessy offers Pickup at our pick up point at Southbank, Victoria Melbourne. 

Pickup will be ready in 1-3 days.

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel/refund your order. If changes is required to your order, please contact us via email or instagram to see if we can make changes prior to your order dispatching.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

As we are a small business, great care is taken to ensure that your parcel arrives in perfect condition. All of our items will be carefully packed and sent out in secure packaging for utmost protection.  However please be advised that we do not take any responsibility for the courier service in the unlikely chance the item becomes lost or damaged in transit. We would advise you to contact Australia Post with enquires about missing orders. 



If a shipment is “Returned to Sender” due to the incorrect delivery address provided or failure to collect the parcel from a designated location following a card being left at the delivery address, NO SHIPPING COSTS ARE REFUNDED AT ANY TIME as the order will incur a Return To Sender fee. However, we will be able to re-send this out to you but the postage fee will need to be repaid along with an up to date address used.



Please always make sure all postal information is correct when you are placing your order, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address. If your address is incorrect, kindly please advise us via email or our Instagram account as soon as possible prior to sending your parcel, and provide us with the correct shipping information. Unfortunately, once your item is shipped we are unable to make any changes to shipping information.
